Sometimes you just need a little help getting out of your own way.

Even intelligent and motivated people come up against self-sabotaging behaviors and beliefs. How often has anxiety, resistance, self-judgment, or inner conflict kept you from taking effective action? The more you try to ignore or push through those feelings, the more insistent they become.

Fighting with your subconscious is kind of like driving a stick shift when you don't know what you're doing.

The other day I was trying to move my husband's car out of our driveway. Every time I pressed on the gas, the car died instantly. I was getting more and more frustrated, and finally I called for help. Do you know what the problem was?

I'd forgotten to take off the emergency brake.

No matter how much you want to make a change, your best efforts can sputter and die if you still have the brakes on. It's incredibly frustrating and it's easy to give up and assume you're lazy or stupid. But you're not. You just have to learn how to release your emergency brake (i.e. your subconscious mind). That's where I come in.


Working With Me

All sessions take place via Zoom videoconferencing software. The session itself starts with a progressive relaxation exercise to gently ease you into the hypnotic state. During a brief session, I'll guide you through some visualization exercises and techniques for stress relief and confidence-building. In a full session, we'll build on those tools and introduce new ones to support your desired outcome.

1-2 days after your appointment, you’ll receive a written summary and an recording of the session. These resources are designed to help you you stay on track with your goals.

  • For people who want to be able to feel relaxed and confident in any situation

  • Great place to start if you're curious about hypnosis

Extended Hypnosis Session (75 minutes) Investment: $125

($95 for Career Momentum Members)

Please note: To ensure the best experience, this appointment type is reserved for those who fulfill at least one of the following criteria: 1) you’ve worked with me before, 2) you’ve completed the Brief Hypnosis experience (above), or 3) you are a current Finding Your Fit participant.   • Includes resources/tools from the brief session

  • Personalized, effective, fast-acting strategies designed for your specific situation

  • Practical action tips for applying these new strategies right away

  • If you're in my Finding Your Fit program, you have the option of experiencing this option as one of your six sessions.

All sessions include a written summary and audio recording of your session to reinforce and aid your continued progress.
